Customer Review Letter from Homza Chiropractic of Harrisburg PA
This letter was sent to us by John Homza, owner of Homza Chiropractic Wellness and Rehab of Harrisburg PA.
He chose Basement Waterproofing Specialists to fix his office’s wet basement.
Here’s what Mr. Homza had to say:
“After many years of dealing with a wet basement at my office, I decided it was finally time to rectify the problem. I contacted several waterproofing companies to get an idea of what needed to be done, how much it would cost, which supplies would be utilized, and how much time it would take.
The first person I met was Mr. Dean Snyder of Basement Waterproofing Specialists. He represented himself and his company very well.
He knew I was in between appointements and was respectful of the time constraints. He told me what I needed, said it would be done outside my hous of operation so as not to tinterfere with my business, and gave me a quote. Dean told me he wanted our business and would follow-up after I received other quotes.
I did receive other quotes and some were lower and some were higher with varying selling points. Having made the mistake of utilizing a “cheaper contractor’s bid” in the past, it was a mistake I swore I would never make again. After talking to Dean about their products in comparison to the others, I decided that this was the best option going forward.
The men arrived and the foreman on the job notified me what he anticipated over the next coulple days. After agreeing to the placement of the sump pump wells, they immediately got to work. And work they did. Although the weather was 90 degrees plus for both days, they were pleasant, smiling and most importantly efficient.
I have a general contractor who is a member of my practice. He walked around the perimeter of the basement to check what was done. He said that Basement Waterproofing Specialists did his brother-in-law’s basement and did good work. I concur.
After they completed the job, it rained heavily. To my surprise, no wet basement.
First time in 10 years I don’t have to worry about my basement items getting wet, damp, or mildew.
